Good day, have a questions to ask you.

You are working in an industry as a Maintenance electrician, you receive an email from your supervisor that there is on electrical issue at the main Building. It issues relates to high Voltage, where small load equipment is working and high load equipment r not working. The Main Breaker trips periodically.

How you Would approach this?
And How solve this problem?

I'd ask a lot more questions before answering how I'd solve it.

What voltages are involved? "High voltage" can mean many things- could mean above 70KV, could mean 480V, could mean 120V.
What does small/large load mean?
Are the voltages correct?
Did something happen to the "high load" equipment that's causing a greater power draw?

Please don't make us guess- give us lots more info, we know nothing about your plant.
