If I am installing a 90 trough out the top left of a panel and then running paralle with the panel do I have to obide by 314.28? I am going to use achase nipple into the panel at the panel side then change over to 4"greenfield at the other end into a transformer. I have to pull 2 sets 350's in the trough.
