Trough with oversize flush cover for drywall ?

Does anyone know where I can find a trough with an oversize cover that would overlap for a flush drywall installation?

I can get the local machine shop to make me one if needed, but would rather just buy it as I need it.

I'd like a 48"x6"x4", and a 10"x10"x4"

We typically order those style covers from a custom pull box company like Hefti. If you only needed one I might consider purchasing a larger trough and making my own cover.

If you talk to the Rocker they have bead edges that can sure that
rock up, other wise for the custom aspect I'd call
Pentair/Hoffmann but in looking at their chart sizes nothing matches your install...

As to the 48"x6"x4", I believe most wireway have a square cross section. I'm thinking you'll have a difficult time finding one with a 6"x4" cross section.

Thanks for the info guys .....

I was afraid that 6x4 would be hard to find. I think I'll see if they'll just frame me a 6" wall.
