Maybe you can do a before and after. 
You're not to far from me. I'm in central W Indy. My county has more dirt roads then it does paved ones.
Every thing gets vibrated to death.

Cover plates always get wrecked. And metal boxes rattle like nobody's business. I recommend using plastic sort bins. You can use little wafer head self tappers to immobilize them.
As for cable, I like a product called "Cable Raptors."
