TT, TN, etc. - reference & summary desired

Can anyone point me to a book or paper that summarizes the various grounding schemes, TN, TT, IT, etc., including what is required in which country as well as pro's and con's of each vs the others? I thought I had a file somewhere but Bill Gates has hidden it on me.
