To hook up a 120volt theriputic tub do I need an EMERGENCEY cut off switch or can I use a regular wall switch?? Need code number THANKS

If its a therapeutic tub, I don't think you need an emergency switch at all.

680.60 says the provisions of parts I and VI shall apply. So part IV would not apply.

680.41 Emergency Switch for Spas and Hot Tubs. A clearly labeled emergency shutoff or control switch for the purpose of stopping the motor(s) that provide power to the recirculation system and jet system shall be installed at a point readily accessible to the users and not less than 1.5 m (5 ft) away, adjacent to, and within sight of the spa or hot tub. This requirement shall not apply to single-family dwellings.

But that's under part IV which is for spas and hot tubs, not theraputic tubs.

The OP should look at the definitions at the begining of 680 to determine which part(s) of 680 apply.

680.41 is under Part IV, Spas and Hot Tubs. Part VI covers Pools and TUBS for Therapeutic Use.
The two don't mix. Which do you have ?

From NEC handbook.

Portable therapeutic appliances, which are covered by the provisions of Article 422, ....... Permanently installed therapeutic pools that cannot be readily disassembled are required to comply with Parts I and II of Article 680.

OP needs to clarify if the tub is portable, fixed, plug-in or hardwired.
