Never worked for Tuesday Morning Stores but the way to get paid on time is to contact their accounts payable department at corporate and make sure you have all your ducks in a row to get paid.
Don't be afraid to ask them if they are having any delays in payments because of the bad economy. If you talk in a civil manner to the accounts payable department they love it because they are used to being yelled at by angry vendors. If you call them and talk nice they can tell you when the checks go out, they can also advise on the best way to submit your invoices, if a PO number is needed and so forth.
