To work inside a residential service panel that is also fed by an additional 45 amp solar panel system, I can just turn off the 60 amp breaker in the panel labeled solar, correct? I don’t need to turn off the outside AC and DC switches also, correct? Thanks

If you turn off the power to the panel even the solar feed will open at the inverter as all grid interactive inverters shut down upon loss of grid power. In other words, there will not be voltage on even on the "load" side of that 60 amp solar feed breaker as soon as you disconnect the supply to the panel.
