Am wiring high end house since the mid-00's, obviously lots of technology has changed since then.

Do I need to worry about TV circuits? Now have on circuits with receptacles and (mostly LED) lights, most are on dimmers.

Do you mean like putting TVs on separate circuits from the lighting? I haven't heard of LED lighting causing problems with TV. Usually they (the LED lighting) are their own worst enemy.

Contact a company that specializes in home theatre if you are doing the cables between devices, surround sound, etc. For electrical, only things that comes to mind are you may want recessed receptacles for wall mount TVs, and HDMI cables need big holes/conduit to install.

Yes - 1” is the minimum if you want to pull an HDMI cable through it with the ends intact.
