Do any one live in state of Tenneesee area ??

the reason why i ask this question due one person asked me from other forum and want to know about the TVA regulation related to the pole metering and i did check the website for that POCO and i find nothing in there so if anyone know about this let me know

I live in Tennessee. The local utilities in this area get their electricity from the TVA, but their standards vary considerably from one poco to the other.
