TVSS suitable for a UPS?

hello,

The company which i work for has a UPS of 50kVA protected by a TVSS category B & rated 160kA. may i use this same TVSS for protecting a new UPS powerware 9390 of 120kVA?

I can't think of any problem with this, and it might even be overkill depending on the location and exposure of the UPS.
