TVSS vs SSD

The correct UL term is Surge Protective Device SPD and the title of article 285 was changed from TVSS to SPD for the 2008 NEC, so IMO TVSS and SSD are both incorrect, that may be some engineering boiler plate - typically that does not get updated.
