Have to confirm that TW cable listed for 55 amps can be landed on a 60 amp breaker using the next size up rule for none standard breakers.

Francis, there is a rule that allows a #6 tw wire to be installed under a 60 amp breaker as long as the calculated load is less than or equal to 55 amps. TW is the cable run in the 60's between the meter socket disconnect and the fuse panel. Replacing it with 90 amp ser 2-2-2-4. Replacing small 50 amp breaker enclosure with 100 amp enclosure. Some runs will have part TW cable till it is time to rehab those units. Can't land #2 AL in 50 amp breaker lug.
