anything such available? customer insists of wanting a twist lock for their basement sump pump.

I'm thinking no, and just a gf breaker with a standard twist lock on the end, but still maybe someone has seen some unicorn like that.

You could use a two gang box with a twist lock and with a blank face GFCI next to it.

I would use a blank face GFCI and receptacle as @infinity suggests.

You could even put in https://www.gordonelectricsupply.com/p/Leviton-4792-Combo-Lkg-Str-Duplex-Receptacle/5652648 and the customer would get the twist lock that they want with the option of a normal 5-15 device.
