Is this possible? If yes do you run two neutrals, one for each prong?



That was my question this is just filler to meet the 100 characters
 
Dr. Fine is correct. That's why the tabs break off on both sides :).

The use of MWBC feeding both sides of a single duplex is pretty common in Canada.

MWBC has known issue with certain brands AFCI, how well does using 2 circuits and breaking off both sides work with AFCI? Any experience?

Not an issue if you use a DP AFCI

Ge using 2 sp AFCI with handle ties. Only one breaker gets the neutral connected from the load and it works.

The issues should be the same as with GFCI. The thing that annoys AFCI in this situation is essentially the same as GFCI only with higher current thresholds.
