A two family home has two meters and two main disconnect panel boxes. Can the garage wiring from both panels be run in the same underground conduit?

Yes, the wiring from the two panels to the garage may be in a common raceway. How can you comply with 225.30 if you have circuits from two services supplying a single garage?

It is a two car garage. There would be two disconnect switches at the garage service entrance.

It is a single building, and the code only permits it to be served by one feeder or branch circuit. It doesn't seem to meet any of the special conditions in 225.30. I know that this is a common practice, but it appears to be a code violation.
