Two feeders supplying a single control panel

Am I not violating any code rules if I have to design two separate power feed to a single control panel. Both power feeders will be 120V 1P from two separate customer Power panel. The intention was one feed will be the main supply and the other feed is a secondary supply to the control panel. Any thought?
