Two feedes in the same conduit

Can I run two different feeders in the same conduit? One is a 30 amp 480 volt single phase feed to a scale house, and the other is a 100 amp 480 volt single phase feed to two office tailors. We will be feeding Transformers to reduce to 120/208 single phase

Sure you can. You will have to deal with the derating factors of Table 310.15(B)(2)(a), however. Welcome to the forum.
