That is rather large box to begin with, I don't know you will find any that are larger by any significant means. Most 2 gang boxes are closer to 32 cubic inches

What about a metal box? These are 45 cubic inches.

It's not adjustable though.

What is the CUI requirement you have calculated you need? That might be a better question to answer to get options for you. To get much bigger than you have, would also be limited by wall thickness. If you are Just looking for a J box there are many options, Just size for fill.

Take a look at the Carlon

Side mount screws like the Arlington but has 48 cubic inches

I use these exclusively. New work and rework both.

Even with the additional cost it pays for itself in ease of use and not really even having to think about fill.

Had one inspector tell me he was sure he had me on a fill violation when he saw so many #14 NM cables in one. After he took the time and calculated it out I was still under by a few conductors.

He had never seen them in use before.

I like to use the deep Arlington boxes. With people wanting smart switches now, those things are pretty thick.

Usually don't have to think about fill if you have no more than two cable entries per device opening, unless some kind of shallow box - under 2.5 inches deep.
