I have a building I'm putting a new service on. I am planning on a 4" with 500mcm cu and a 320 socket. Can I feed two mains a 200a and a 225a with the 10' rule? How about grounding electrode? Should I run gec through both mains?

Thanks

230.71 Maximum Number of Disconnects.
(A) General. The service disconnecting means for each service permitted by 230.2, or for each set of service-entrance conductors permitted by 230.40, Exception No. 1, 3, 4, or 5, shall consist of not more than six switches or sets of circuit breakers, or a combination of not more than six switches and sets of circuit breakers, mounted in a single enclosure, in a group of separate enclosures, or in or on a switchboard. There shall be not more than six sets of disconnects per service grouped in any one location.

1. It is not subject to the tap rules when bringing two service entrance conductors into a building.

2. I would not run them through both enclosures I would tap the grounding electrode conductor

See 250.64 (D) Service with Multiple Disconnecting Means Enclosures.
The grounding electrode conductor taps shall be sized in accordance with 250.66 for the largest conductor serving the individual enclosure. The tap conductors shall be connected to the common grounding electrode conductor by exothermic welding or with connectors listed as grounding and bonding equipment in such a manner that the common grounding electrode conductor remains without a splice or joint.

Quite possibly yes but I am curios why you want to put 425 amps of overcurrent protection on 380 amps of conductor. It can be legal but may not be the best plan.
