Two pumps twistlocked off the same circuit

I have been noticing on more and more pond/waterfall /pool /hottub installs that two pumps have been twistlock wired to the same 1 240 gfci 20 a ckt. Does anyone ever see this as a common practice.?? Any code problems or issues you can think of?

As long as the requirements of 430.24 are met i don't see any problem. Article 682 doesn't show any problems.
