Is it against code to have conductors from two different panels(not EM or norm)..say two normal power panelboards including the same conduit? Thanks

If you think about it it's somewhat common to put circuits from a 480Y/277 "high voltage" panel in the same raceway as 208Y/120 "low voltage" circuits. In almost all cases those circuits would originate from different panels.

As you've stated ask for a code reference. ;)

Agree with others, thats fine. Here are some situations when we cant share raceways with other conductors/systems:

1. Service conductors and non service conductors
2. different voltages where one conductor has a rating less than the voltage of the other system (mostly academic these days).
3. PV DC conductors
4. Class 2 conductors with power and light conductors.

I'm sure there are some more.
