In the exhibit below it is shown that service point is at the transformer.
However what if the service point was at the utility meters and utility brought their conductors underground from utility transformer secondary to the utility meters as shown below then would this be one service or more than one services based on attached 230.2 first paragraph where it says “For the purpose of 230.40 exception no. 2….”?
