I’ve got two separate bathrooms that each have bath fans in them controlled by their own single pole switch.the hvac company vented them together and added a booster fan inline of vent. Question is booster fan just need power and ran all the time? Or could I have two separate contacts both on the booster fan circuit and each switch controlling each coil on contacts knowing they will be on at the same time.

Welcome to the forum.

Your best bet is probably replace the existing fan switches with double-pole switches, and wire the second poles of the two switches in parallel, with a separate feed, so either switch will trigger the in-line fan.

Your basic OR logic gate.

I'm not an electrician, nor do I portray one on TV, and furthermore I did NOT stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, BUT........

Make sure the two bathroom circuits ( if fed separately) are on the same 'phase' (both on L1 or L2 if single-phase)

I think I said that right

I should’ve explained my situation better. But the “single poles” are on a lighting control system.
