Two wires in a one wire lug

My life would be a lot easier if I could run parallel 1/0 into a certain breaker instead of running 250MCM but the breaker in question, a 200A SqD Q Frame, won't have it. I called SqD and the are no accessories that would allow 2 wires.

Anyone know of an adapter or crimp that would work? I'm thinking of crimping the 2 1/0s to a short 250 right before the breaker.
