Two wires under one CB terminal

Is it a code violation to connect two conductors under one CB terminal? I have two #12 under one 20/1 CB.

Unless it is identified for more than one, yes. This thread is a poll on peoples opinions on how dangerous it is. It can vary greatly, IMO.

See the last sentence 110.14(A) and then research the manufacturers info for the particular breaker.
