Type “TC” installed in Raceway (UG)

We have installed Type TC cable in a raceway underground. Looking at code not sure if this is acceptable or considering wet location this might be not upto the code. I have justification of 336.10 to the inspector in case he will push back more. We have installed Beldon 8719 TC-PE for this application. This is just for LON communication. Does anyone have any thoughts on this will be acceptable?

It can be direct buried as long as it is identified for that use. This tells me that they probably make it that way so it would be compliant in a raceway underground. The raceway that is underground is considered a wet location.

So if you have the proper cable it would be fine.

Type TC cable shall be resistant to moisture and corrosive agents where installed in wet locations.

The Belden Technical Data Sheet says that cable is only suitable for indoor applications.

Yes I did see Belsen data sheet did not specify if it can be used Outdoor, can I use a justification on 336.10 for outdoor use for Type “TC” cable for underground in raceway application. We have installed this and here in Australia not sure if client will be okay for our recommendation for changing this

If the cable is only listed for indoor applications, then any outdoor or underground application is a violation in conduit or not
