Where would I find wiring methods allowed based on building type looked at anex E and searched 300 but cant find it for instance on a type 5 non rated structure TIA
The local AHJ will be able to tell you what is allowed. Where I am, unless it is an R (residential) rated structure, NM is not allowed. Check, or it could cost you later in replacing wiring methods.
