type cable to car charger

What type of cable do you recommend between the commercial building (2º floor) and the electric car charger (outdoor, underground pvc conduit)?

We understand that UL fire requirements would be required, we are thinking in type TC cables.

If you insist on staying with cable from the second floor all the way to the underground section uninterrupted then TC is about the only choice. MC and transition to THWN or conduit the whole way would be more typical for my area.
