Type G or G-GC cable

Anybody know where type G or type G-GC cable can be had in #12? Best I can find is #8. Another EC want's to wire a boat lift on a dock and I believe these cables are the only ones that can be run exposed along the side of a salt water dock.

does not appear like it is made smaller than #8.
 
Thanks, that's what I found too. If it were me it wouldn't be a deal breaker, he's only going like 40 feet and whatever he was going to do with #12s the #8s won't make that much difference in either cost or labor.

The main difference I see on the specification pages for G-GC and SOOW is the G-GC says:

"Suitable for continuous submersion in shallow water"

Both are sunlight resistant.

I can tell you we have some laying around here for many many years outside and even G-GC eventually gets hard on the outer coating. But that might be 40 years!:D
