I have a question. Power coming into a building is 3 phase 4w, 480v L-L,277-neutral originating from delta transformer. Now 480 v is fed to another building through a 3pole breaker without a neutral to power a 120/208 sec wye transformer. No neutral was brought out to this building, my interpretation is that it's not needed since the 120/208 transformer starts as new service transformer. Has it's neutral tapped with ground. The question now is, the existing surge suppresor is listed as 277/480 4 wire wye. Is there a need to change it to 3w delta 480v module. Protection is still L-L and L-G. Since there is no neutral the N-G protection is not needed.
