Type TC Cable Tray Ampacity

Looking at 392.11 (B)(2), It appears that if I have multiple triplex 3/0 cable, installed in open tray, uncovered, with NO spacing between the triplexed cables, I must derate 65% based on the 310.17 ampacity of 310 amps at 75c. Is this correct?

apjpe,65% derate is correct.The insulation type listed in the columns will determine the starting point for your derate.If your cable insulation is listed in the 90 degree column, you start with 350a x 65%.
