Is TYPE - UG fully-interlocked, flexible steel conduit listed as equipment grounding conductor?

I would think it's grounding capabilities would be the same as any FMC listed in Art 348. Unless things have changed, however, it is not UL listed and might well not be accepted by your AHJ.

I found this with Google. Does not mention any thing about using for grounding.
