Typical Dimension for Service Equipment

What are the typical sizes you use for the following items
- 1600A 208V/3P Main Service Disconnect
- 4 meter socket
-(2) CT/Meter for 400A Service
-(2) 400A Disconnect on Line Side
-(2) 400A Disconnect on Load Side

I got an approximate of 20 feet for all these equipment.
I was wondering if there was any way to reduce the amount of space or of I am sizing some of the equipment to big
