Typical percentage for qualifying an Electrical business

Hi I'm in the process of starting a business and would like to get some input on what most Master electrician qualifiers charge ? I'm a Journeyman for over 10 years and working on my masters any suggestions would be great.

I would look at it from what are your costs and how much do you want to make perspective and charge accordingly, the "going rate" will always be low to whoever you are working with.
