UF B in a crawl space

According to nec article 340-10 it says uf-b is ok to use indoors and out doors I am not an electrician does that also mean you can use it in a dry crawl space

Yes you can use UF anywhere you use NM cable and more however this site is for professionals so I am closing this thread.
