uf burial depth

Was told today by another electrician that if the circuit was 20 amps ot less and gfci protected that burial depth of uf could be 12 inches. Is he correct? cant find an exception so far.

This same person also said that there were exceptions to the WAC in wash that would allow an administrator to be less than a full time employee and the way I read the WAC no way in heck. This question is probably best answered by Tom Baker if hes is on.

Thanks J I guess i did not read all of table 300.5 colmn 4 says 120 v at nte 20 a ocp. Stiil need those new glasses. Thanks again. Now to get Tom to replay to my other question.
