UF in sleeve.

Anything prohibiting UF wire from being sleeved in "plumbing" pvc?

Looked at a job today and noticed a plumbing PVC 90 used as part of a sleeve under a low deck. Not subject to physical damage (yeah, I know, AHJ's call, not my call). My first thought was that it needed to be ripped out and repaired (assuming thhn/thwn), but I found it was UF cable. Entering and exiting earth it is properly protected from damage (sleeved in 1" schedule 40 PVC).

Thoughts?

I don't see an issue with any type of sleeve as long as the cable is intact inside it

Thanks, kind of what I thought...could use milk cartons I guess.

Turns out it's a moot point...found out the UF is only about 6-8" under grade so I'll be replacing the entire circuit.
