ufer grounding

Is it ok to connect a ufer ground to the sub panel grounding bar that contains the grounding conductor from the service disconect or do you have to go back all the way to the service disconnect

The gec must go back to the main service assuming that this ufer is the main electrode for the building. In general, it will be installed to either the meter or the main service panel

250.32(A) and (B)... if this is a sub panel in a seperate building. Is it a detached garage?
