Noticed while there for a basement wiring inspection:

The AC discos are an issue.

The POCO does not allow an LP regulator within 10' of the meter

The POCO requires a slip riser on the conduit and now look what we have.

Working space in front of the meter is an issue.

But it was signed off and powered up anyway

maybe the building inspection should also include a compaction test report on the grounds surrounding the foundation. I see a lot of settlement because of poor back filling.
