Ug service conduit

Hi all,

Does anyone know if DB-120 PVC conduit would be equivalent to SCH 40 for an UG service for residential?

I'm going to say no you cannot use it:

You could use EB-20 and concrete encase it : )

if the service lateral were owned by the poco, then I would think that it would be up to the poco, not covered by NEC ?

For an NEC application it is off limits, for a utility application it is fine.
