UL 1659 Requirements

What are the dimensional requirements of plug blades to be found in UL1659? I have had a question presented about a possible manufacturing defect on a plug blade for a decorative lamp manufactured in China. I have not been able to find any way to access this UL standard. I have a copy. What dimension are you wondering about? There are lots of dimensional specs in there, too numerous and specific for me to list them and I don't want to get the site in trouble by replicating the documents.
