UL 508A Panel question

Do you have a copy of the UL508A standard? It would answer a lot of your questions. People are more inclined to answer if they feel like you're actually putting forth effort to get the answer yourself first rather than just asking every time something comes up. I don't mean to be rude, just the reality of it.

Since you're still new, this part below is probably the answer you seek. It's literally the first thing after the table of contents in UL508A.

1.1 These requirements cover industrial control panels intended for general industrial use, operating from
a voltage of 1000 volts or less. This equipment is intended for installation in ordinary locations, in
accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, where the ambient temperature does not
exceed 40°C (104°F) maximum.
