UL & CE blue wire

We build control panels for both the USA & Europe and we are trying to standardize on the control wire colors. Can we use Light Blue on the UL panel for the neutral as long as it is labeled at both ends and on the schematic?

Thanks. I'm trying to build a universal power control box (tri-rated wire / CE & UL label components / etc) I'm hoping there is a loop hole as far as wire coloring, as long as it's label.

There is nothing as far as I know that requires blue to be used for neutral inside a control cabinet in Europe. You often see all wires at mains voltage being black (with little number lables) and all low voltage being blue to distinguish them. (Exceptions: The EGC and the hook-up cable). Unlike building wiring, people aren't expected to mess around inside the controls without the schematics.
