UL/CUL listed panels

I am wiring a modular building that is being sent to Canada, i am using a 200Amp Square D panel that is UL/CUL listed, but the question came up does it have to be CSA listed or is the CUL listing acceptable?

I don't think so. The CUL listing is the CSA listing a product to the UL standards. I believe that the panel has to be listed to the CSA standards to be used there.

I think this has changed from the "old days".

"The C-UL Mark is applied to products for the Canadian market. The products with this type of Mark have been evaluated to Canadian safety requirements, which may be somewhat different from U.S. safety requirements."
