Maybe if you enclose the live parts.

Actually I can not "delete" anything, I can relocate things to the relocation forum where only the moderators and webmaster can see them.

Once placed in the relocation forum the moderators can discuss if the post is to remain 'relocated' or be returned to the general forum.
