UL Listing for teleom cable tray

Hello all,
We are being asked to provide and install a non-typical cable tray assembly under a raised floor in a government building. I am facing having it fabricatd to the required specs.
It will contain only fiber optic cabling. Does this tray require a UL approval?

if its federal/state property, then they are the ahj ? - seems like you should be asking them this question.

that being said, 770.12 A might be of significance to you (does the cable have conductors ?)

Good point, but this is design build so we are supposed to take the answer to them, or at least know it before we ask it in an RFI.
Thanks for the tip and I took it back to the definition of listed (art. 100) and got my answer. It looks like I need a sticker.
