UL Listings for grounding devices

Can anyone point me to a location where you can look up information on wheather a given device, such as a Ground Rod Clamp, or a Coax Cable Ground Block ( Antenna Discharge Unit ), is actually UL listed for it's intended use?

I'm not quite sure where you're going with this. In general, the White Book (a link free to download is located in the FAQ on this) makes broad statements about the listing of certain items, such as ground rod clamps.

So, if you see a UL mark on a listed device, then you can look up the general information in the White Book about it.

Does that help, or can you elaborate on what you're wanting to see?

You can also enter the UL File number (Exxxxx) into the UL site and come up with the category that it's listed for, manufacturer, etc., then look up that category in the White Book.
