Our shop is going to apply for UL698a. Does anyone have written procedure?.

If you are already a customer of UL, UL standards are available for your companies use for free at:

https://www.ulstandards.com/unsecured/Logon.aspx?ReturnUrl=/

You may have to talk to your UL account rep to get registered. Just be sure you don't distribute these standards outside of your own use.
