UL698a Training?

Looking to get ICP designers and engineers trained for UL698a. preferably not just trained to know the code, but to really understand the ins & outs of designing for HAZLOC safety. I know UL Solutions has some training options, but I have found them to be both costly and ineffective. Can anyone recommend a solid option for getting panel engineering staff competent in designing for HAZLOC? (Already a UL508a shop.)

Wow, I guess nobody gets trained in safe hazloc design, they just start designing. That's a little scary!

Well, you strongly implied you did not want the UL training and that is the only training I am aware of that is oriented toward UL698a.

You only need training to make the control panels themselves. Nothing beyond the extent of the control panel need concern you because it won't be part of UL698a. Just like nothing beyond the extent of the control panel needs to be of concern for UL508a.
